Doreen sold my first property in the Eastern Suburbs 3 years ago, negotiating a sale price that was beyond my expectation prior to auction. Being real. This is what I appreciated most of all. Knowing a realistic price for my property was essential if I was to make the decision to sell - because my long-term future depended on an accurate assessment of the sale price. Alexander not only gave me a realistic price, he bettered it. He also carried his philosophy of being real throughout the whole process of negotiation, never sweating the small stuff, shielding me from unnecessary stress by only discussing genuine offers from buyers ready to go. I have been dealing with Charlie for well over a year in the hunt for a new home and he has consistently gone above and beyond to help in the search. From arranging out of hours viewings to avoid my baby’s nap time, to calling me directly when anything suitable came on the market. I was thrilled when Charlie introduced us to what will be our new home and despite it not being his client he was present at the viewing I attended - which he arranged out of hours - and was involved in the negotiations. We interviewed a few of the leading agents in the eastern suburbs prior to making a decision on who to go with. Initially, Alex Phillips wasn't our preferred choice. We were conscious that he has a lot on and therefore thought we might be better served by someone with more time to devote to the sale of our property. Alexander and David Tyrrell gave a very good initial presentation. Their market knowledge was exceptional and they are supported by a well oiled machine who ensure that everything is taken care of in terms of house preparation, marketing materials, administration etc. In terms of the sales process, the guys couldn't have worked any harder. They provided updates first and last thing on a daily basis, which was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering selling their property in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. I would definitely use them again.
