I really can't rate Alex (and his colleague Pru) highly enough for the work they did on our behalf to sell our property in Coogee. The big challenge for us was the fact that we had already relocated to the UK before the sale went ahead, hence we had to do everything remotely. We had originally chosen to go with Alex from a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. He took control of the situation immediately and he went out of his way to keep us informed. Pru undertook a review of the property and, following our approval, she organised everything to prepare the property for sale - including all works inside & out, the photography, advertising and ordering the show furniture to maximise the property's potential. Once the sale process was underway Alex communicated with us very regularly and he was always available for an update. His advice regarding sale strategy proved invaluable, as was his negotiation technique to obtain the best value for our asset. The sale went ahead very smoothly and at a good price. We are very happy and our thanks go out to Alex & Pru again. Happy 2017!!

I am writing this on behalf of my partner & I, to tell the world, if that were possible, to select Alex Phillips as the very best agent to handle the sale of your property..We had been advised to check out 3 agents. However when Alex arrived on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the sale of our home of 37 years we were most impressed by the fact that he works seven days a week ,pretty much unheard of these days! This decision to sell was quite emotional for us but our age has taken its toll so we needed somewhere smaller.Alex was sympathetic, understanding and very kind to us in his explanations of the process and presentation.so, at the end of a couple of hours we decided that he was our man, forget checking another two.A suitable date for the auction was set and then Alex and his super efficient team took off organising the things that needed to be done and we recommend their tradespeople. Window cleaners and rubbish removal etc.,Particular mention must be made of their photographer. Our online advertising came up so well mainly because of his skills. The brochure for the property was also admirable and the board outside the house. A very special mention must be made of Pru Kelly and Gavin Lewis a remarkably efficient part of the team.Alex and the team at PPD worked their 'phones and contacts tirelessly and Alex reported to us personally to us after each inspection. The auction was held in our loungeroom so we were able to closely watch Alex in action which was formidable, he got us to our desired price and then some. In conclusion my advice to any people of the older generation considering selling their homes is to say simply but sincerely ÜSE ALEX PHILLIPS AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!
