I really welcomed Jason's direct approach and his draft marketing plan on appraisal The idea that the Styling associate, Meredith Craig, attended the appraisal meeting and was able to confirm proposed arrangements immediately, gave me confidence to commission Jason to conduct the sale of my Raleigh Park Apartment During the marketing period Jason provided very regular updates and comments, resulting in a very satisfactory result Jason Pantzer is a very professional Agent who I could recommend with confidence

Jason and his team understood the importance of marketing and high quality presentation of my unit to maximise the outcome. All of his team are professional and helpful. Jason did a superb job. I'm happy with the price he got for my unit through his negotiations. I'd highly recommend Jason and his team and in particular Jen, she was really helpful throughout the process and worked hard with all the administration tasks to get a good result for me.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Daniel. Every single aspect of my sale, from initial assessment, through renovations, styling, and the sale and auction process was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. His knowledge of the market and his level of communication with all possible buyers, and myself, inspired complete trust and meant that we got a fantastic result at auction. I couldn't recommend Daniel more.

Debbie and her staff at PPDRE were at all times professional, courteous and understanding of our needs when we were selling our parents home which had been almost 70 years in the family. We felt able to trust Debbie's judgements and recommendations based on her extensive experience. Debbie and Nick at all times kept us fully informed of the progress on the sale which concluded in a very good result for us. Every aspect of the sale, including the auction, was conducted in a smooth professional manner. Thank you Debbie, Nick, Doreen and staff at PPDRE Woollahra.

Sean is the most tenacious, committed, reputable, kind, considerate, hard working real estate agent I have ever come across. I knew that I wanted him to help me sell my home in 2017 even after I first purchased it in 2013. Sean always goes the extra mile and nothing ever seems like too much of a hassle. He genuinely loves real estate and this enthusiasm shows and transmits into everything he says and does. He was reasonable, kind and understanding when I had emotional outbursts and meltdowns due to my uncertainty about making the right decision and stress. We worked together so well and in the end sold my apartment for a massive profit which made everyone happy. I would happily recommend Sean to anyone who needs an agent to make their sale a success. There is no doubt Alex Phillips is the best real estate agent in Australia. He is the most dedicated, persistent and most eloquent communicator in the business. His negotiation skills are second to none. Alex is honest, direct and has the best local knowledge to guarantee the best result for your property. His team is friendly and effective and his PA Pru is highly efficient and a great communicator. If you want to sell your house and get the best price I cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough. I have used Alex many times in the last 10 years to sell my properties and will continue to do so. He is the GUN and there is no one better in the business.

Our brief was simple - we needed someone who could deliver a strong result without much fuss & fanfare. We engaged Anthony based on a recommendation from a recognised property industry stalwart. Anthony proved to be a very solid performer indeed - he exceeded our price expectations and executed a sale prior to auction.

Selling a house is a big decision for anyone. For Blake and I, it was no different. Were we making the right decision? Would we get a good price? Would our real estate agent pressure us? We could not be more delighted with our experience working with Anthony, Justine and the PPD team. Anthony was professional, transparent and an absolute go getter from the very beginning. We loved his energy. Anthony and Justine added value in styling the house, preparing for open houses and also in the negotiations. Blake and I are 100% happy with the result. We will be recommending Anthony & Justine to our friends in the market. Thanks again Anthony and Justine. Leah and Blake.

Buying a house can be very stressful, particularly when you've missed out a few times. Anthony helped with the process and showed a true understanding of what it was like to be on our side of the fence, which is something you don't always come across with real estate agents. We definitely recommend him.

I have had several transactions with Alex and always been impressed, this last trade was a little more complex but he was again excellent.
