The sale of our home was highly anticipated and the results did not disappoint. The level of comfort in the process was the unexpected part. Whilst we had prepared meticulously for sale, the amount of positive feedback throughout the campaign actually made it enjoyable. The open inspections ran to schedule weekly, feedback and follow ups were prompt and precise. Pru and her chipper organisational skills throughout made for a pleasant experience. From a vendors perspective we were dealing with consummate professionals and had no hesitation in leaving the property in the hands of the PPD team to find the perfect buyers for our home. PPD tick all the boxes, they have all the right systems in place and do not over sell on marketing. I believe Alex could navigate his was through a sales campaign blindfolded. He displays astute intuition and holds himself well at all times and can even take a bit of ribbing without breaking a sweat. Due to Alex’s expertise and ability to judge the market and seize opportunity immediately, we were able to sell before auction which helped to minimise stress.
