Sean was a great communicator throughout the sale of my investment property. The apartment was tenanted at the time of sale and Sean smoothly negotiated around this with professionalism. I was very happy with the outcome of the sale and would recommend Sean.

My wife and I have been working with Alex for close to 10 years now and he helped us purchase our home in Bronte 5 years ago. Alex has proven himself to more than just someone who is interested in the short term. He differentiates himself by keeping abreast of the market and then passing this knowledge on to all of his clients whether they are in the market or not. We were not necessarily looking to buy a house 5 years ago however it ended up being the best investment we have made within that period. On top of this, even though we are now out of the market I am confident that Alex will provide us with the pick of the bunch when it comes to the Bronte/Coogee area. I look forward to working with Alex again.

Don't waste your time with any other agent. From the time Alex was introduced to me, I received nothing but first class service from the beginning to the end. Not only did he take the time to listen & understand my personal needs as a seller. He was relentless in his pursuit to find me the right buyer at an exceptional price!!! He did not have waste any time. I just wish I never wasted my time with a previous agent who was not honest in his dealings & who was prepared to undersell my property because they just didn't have the right mix of experience, and above all integrity. With Alex you will get honesty, integrity, and a real personal passion for what he does that delivers a service next to none! I am forever grateful for your time, commitment & above all your honesty in your dealings! A quality that every client deserves & should expect when going through such a process of selling or buying real estate. Heartfelt thanks. Until next time, Betty Christou

Recently we sold our apartment in Coogee with Christian West from Phillips Pantzer Donnelley. Christian made the whole process seamless and his professionalism was absolutely outstanding. We were in daily communication and updated at every turn and he was a pleasure to deal with. Our property presented a few challenges and nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond for us. Christian took the stress out of selling our property which resulted in a successful sale, exceeding our expectations. I would highly recommend Christian if you’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional agent with extensive market knowledge of the local area.

We chose Alex because of his genuine and authentic approach when we met him and discussed selling our home. Alex and his team were very efficient in all aspects. We were happy with the final sale price achieved and exchanged well in advance of the planned auction date.

Alex was referred to us as being THE MAN for Sales in Bronte and we were not disappointed. Right from the beginning we were provided with a realistic valuation that met our expectations and the communication to us by Alex and all his team was excellent. As the auction date approached, all scenarios were fully explained and on electing to sell pre-auction, Alex worked exceptionally hard and put in long hours on our behalf to obtain a most satisfying result. We would recommend Alex very highly to anyone looking to retain an agent to act for them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Alex to sell your property. He is most personable, well presented and very professional in all his dealings. He kept me well informed about interest in my property and was very transparent and open about what people thought about price and any offers made. He also communicated daily with me upto the day of the auction, which was conducted smoothly and professionally with a great outcome. Five star service!!
