I was aware that Sean was active in the area as I regularly saw his signboards and marketing material. After calling Sean I quickly became comfortable with him and engaged him as my agent, and was delighted with his assistance and professionalism. Sean is a very good communicator and highly competent, and I always knew he was 100% committed to getting me the best result. I am delighted to have the opportunity to write a review about Sean Poche, it was a pleasure to work with him.

We saw firsthand why Sean is the number 1 agent in the area, as he sold our apartment after other agents had failed to do so. Also he did it quickly which was of great benefit to us. Many thanks Sean

Anthony worked hard to represent his client, the vendor, and as always, he instills confidence to do business with, by doing what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, in a professional manner.

Sean was efficient in taking potential buyers through the property, both at open days as well as for private viewings. The communication process was excellent and was backed up by written reports. Sean was well supported by his agency and, as a team, they worked collaboratively and seamlessly together. At the negotiation stage Sean worked tirelessly and secured an acceptable offer before the auction date. We are happy with the outcome. Thank you Sean.

Having not sold a property for over twenty years, I was apprehensive about entering the competitive real estate market. Sean had been emailing me market updates for quite a while and I was always impressed by the interesting topics he would headline his pieces with. His approach to preparing and marketing my property was equally as impressive. He was always willing to suggest tradespeople who could help and also accept when I had my own. He also knew when not to push too hard but he was always very proactive so that I felt he was always doing something to promote my property. His list of prospective buyers was impressive especially when on the first weekend inspection forty people turned up. He also promoted the property across a wide range of media, including a feature article in The Domain and Internet advertising. He showed superhuman effort on the final day of bidding when he acquired a price way over my expectation. I would very happily recommend Sean and his team with no hesitation to anyone selling their property.

At all times Debbie Donnelley conducted herself with the utmost integrity, care and respect throughout the program - from her initial proposal, throughout negotiations through to the sale of the property. She communicated effectively and regularly with all concerned parties and generated a positive pre-auction outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Debbie as a highly professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy agent.

Anthony is an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome of our sale - that was all due to the commitment and communication of Anthony, Justine and the team at PPD. Anthony was very clear on the process of developing interest in our property and converting that into firm offers before auction. He continuously kept us up to date and provided his expert advice, all of which was completely invaluable in giving us confidence throughout, and ultimately closing out the sale. We would strongly recommend Anthony as a first-rate agent who is proactive, genuine, committed and realistic. Not sure there is better agent in the Eastern Suburbs.
