He also knew when not to push too hard but he was always very proactive so that I felt he was always doing something to promote my property. I was most impressed by how professional Jason and his team were. They were polite at all times and even paid attention to my "please remove your outer footwear". I feel that Jason negotiated on my behalf a very good settlement prior to auction. He also negotiated a delayed possession date. Jason offered me a place to "park my car" as well as to find me someone to deal with my furnishings, etc. I would use them to purchase my next property in Sydney and have already asked Jason what he thinks about marketing my property in Canada.
