Anthony acted for the vendor in our recent purchase. He was easy to deal with and contactable at all times. Anthony looked after his clients requirements while communicating well with the interested purchaser (my husband and I). The one point I was not pleased with was that Anthony gave our phone number to a third party (a financial adviser) without asking us first. While I understand he was well intentioned, we would have liked to have been asked before our number was disclosed to third party unknown to us.

I chose Jason to sell my property because over the years I became aware of his knowledge of that area and his sales track record there. I do not think I could have chosen a better person. Right from the start he planned the campaign, organised ways to present the property in a really favourable light to prospective buyers and produced the support material. Open Days, which were attended by large numbers of people, were efficiently managed with the result that there were a number of interested prospective buyers. Jason recommended a change in plan in view of the interest to which I agreed This new plan resulted in him negotiating with a number of the interested parties with a final result which was certainly above my both hopes and expectations.
