Charlie achieved an excellent result for us in the sale of our house. He was always professional and informative during all stages of the sale process, trustworthy and reliable in his advice, and proactive in following up potential buyers. We were extremely happy with the interest he generated in the property and his extensive market knowledge of the local area. The outcome of the sale far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Sean was always prepared to take the extra step to assist us, and the purchaser, whenever required. As a vendor, not from the Sydney area, I was very impressed with the level of service and effort Sean delivered. I would recommend Sean and Phillips Pantzer Donnelley to anyone considering selling

Daniel developed a long term, authentic relationship with us when we moved to the area in 2011 by keeping us abreast of local market movements, highlighting genuinely interested purchasers at appropriate times, and maintaining just the right level of ongoing contact. When we were ready to sell our house Daniel set out a clear plan to maximise the value from our sale and executed on it perfectly. We were extremely happy with the professional service Daniel provided and highly recommend him.

From the outset, Anthony was driving the sale and putting every energy into finding the right buyer for our property. We were keen to sell prior to auction and Anthony achieved this for us, in an appropriate time frame. We were always kept up to date, with sound advice and wisdom that helped us to negotiate the ever changing world of real estate. Highly recommended!

Charlie Beaumont handled the sale of my house with enormous skill and patience. He is an impressive young man, clearly knowledgeable but also in possession of both integrity and empathy. He worked tirelessly to make sure all involved were kept informed and happy. He was so patient and always went the extra mile if needed. I cannot recommend Charlie highly enough. He is part of a great team who not only know their stuff but are tirelessly enthusiastic and good natured. Alison Richardson

We appointed Charlie to sell our home based on his endeavours & persistence to list a neighbour. His written record past inspections left behind so we knew how many potential buyers had been through was very helpful He followed up with feedback within the next few days. We sold the property a day or so prior to the auction.by negating with the interested buyer. We found Charlie great with feedback as he even followed up on Sundays where needed. We wish Charlie all the very best and sure he will have many successful sale in his career. Thank you Charlie for all your help.

Daniel sold my husband and I our first apartment in Sydney nearly 6 years ago. When it came to selling that property he was our first call and not only was it a pleasure as always to work with Daniel (as i always have a lot of questions.. and he patiently answeres every one of them) he also secured our goal price! No doubt if we move again Daniel will be a part of the process as he is knowledgable, patient and can laugh at me and with me in those stressful situations. He is a good Dude and I have recomended him to many friends.

I was introduced to Doreen through a mutual friend many years ago. She has sold three of my properties over the past ten years. Each property was very different in size, price and location and each was sold in very different markets. Doreen’s sales strategy has been spot on each time and her advice on property presentation and marketing is considered, smart and savvy! She has worked very hard for me on each sale to achieve the absolute best and above market price for me on each occasion. She is highly professional and down to earth and simply gets the job done! If you want integrity, honesty and expertise then she is recommended Mark, Maroubra
