Alex has a first rate knowledge of the Bronte area, active buyers and current / potential vendors. Frequent personal updates on market activity. His communication skills are very strong and tenacity evident without overstepping the boundary (in my opinion). Key skills in closing a deal which is paramount. Would highly recommend Alex.

Thanks Alex for a great result. You were very professional and friendly right from the start. Your knowledge, advice and continual updates through the whole selling process was reassuring and gave us confidence. You were realistic, honest and yet still took on board our comments and concerns for open discussion. We can now see why you are one of Sydney's top Real Estate Agents and have already recommended your services to others. Wishing you and your team all the very best for the future.

When we appointed Alex to sell our house we were not aware of his position as the second best real estate agent in Australia. We just thought he was a good bloke who would work hard for us. We first met Alex at a number of open houses before we bought our current house five years ago. Being on the buying side we found Alex open and honest, the guide price was always realistic and it was clear he had great integrity as a sales agent. This time round we were the sellers, Alex managed to have contracts exchanged in 10 days from when the house was first listed. Knowing we were up early he would often call at 7am and give us an update. Would we use Alex again, absolutely yes.

We found Alex Phillips to be a very attentive and reassuring. We had planned on selling our house for some years and after experiencing other agents skills we chose Alex because he was pro active. Very happy with the Street Record price we achieved.

Could not have been happier with Alex, his team and PPD. We got a big result that was way over our expectation and it was achieved in a matter of days. Would not hesitate to use Alex again for our next sale.

I only met Anthony a few weeks back but feel I have got to know him pretty well in a short time - he first sold us a new house and then sold our property very quickly and smoothly. He is a rare agent, charming without being obsequious, efficient without being pushy, confident without being arrogant and attentive without being irritating! He even rolled his sleeves up and helped me move some furniture when needed. I would certainly be happy to use him again.

My brief to Daniel was to be upfront, timely and keep the communication open. Leading an extremely busy life and not wanting to deal with unnecessary complications in selling my property, I can't fault his service. He was always available, kept me updated on developments and most importantly listened. I would recommend Daniel to any prospective vendor. A big thanks also to Renee Vaysman who was always available when required.

My property wasn't going to sell at auction due to some unusual circumstances, but Daniel had a strategy and still managed to get a good price over the line after the auction date. I would definitely recommend using Daniel.

he kept us very well updated but over promising in regards to sales price let to disappointment at the end
