Daniel sold us our apartment 5 years ago, and through out that time stayed in periodic contact to update us on the market in a considerate manner. They are as hungry and attentive and persuasive and honest and compelling and committed and dedicated to the sale of sub $1 mill apartment as they are to more stately properties and that really is the telling of an agent that is dedicated to both parties and holds them both in a valued and respectful position.
