Very pleasant to deal with, professional and seemingly experienced. Took the time and effort to make you feel like they would do their best to get the best price. Only downfall was the feeling that they were more interested in turning the property over quickly then negotiating hard for more value. Im know this is a common complaint from most people about regal estate agents but I felt like this company may be different... Apart from that both Doreen and her assistant were very nice to deal with.

Debbie was chosen after much homework done by my son and myself as we had not achieved a very satisfactory result previously. We felt some "female " touch may benefit us but we were also aware of her long term history of success in Queens Park. Also timely praise from significant neighbours helped us to make our final choice. At the auction time, she, I felt dealt with edgy and anxious clients well. Considering our home did not have every appeal to many buyers, we feel it was a very good result and we are grateful to Debbie and her assistants especially Nick Quilkey to whom nothing seemed any trouble. Jason did an excellent job as auctioneer for all to culminate in an overall successful result. Debbie had our confidence always and she advised us cautiously and sincerely. Achieving a record price for a unit in the block is really quite impressive. And to get that result we were guided through a small make over including the arranging of a decorator to provide temporary furnishings.Made it all so easy to present the apartment at its best and what a result. Great communicator and when it came to final negotiations with buyer gave clear advice. Could not recommend highly enough.

Doreen is highly recommended, as she she knows the eastern suburbs market very well. She's always available, knows exactly where you're at in the selling process, and is determined to hunt down the best price possible - all while being very personable and utterly professional. Her assistant Will was also great with going the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. I was really impressed with the marketing collateral put together by PPD; it was the perfect description of my property and far better than other marketing I've seen for similar properties. I would not hesitate to recommend Doreen and Will, or indeed anyone in the PPD office, they are the best agents in the east!
