It was nice to see that although I arrived early, Tristan was ready to show the unit. He had considered the amount of natural sunlight that shone through the apartment and didn’t turn on all the lights. This highlighted how bright the unit was. The sunroom was big enough to be used as an extra bedroom, yet it advertised as a study. These days, this type of honesty is hard to find. Tristan’s, was upfront and clear about expectations and was transparent at every step of the way once our offer was put in. He responded timeously, wasn’t pushy and was up front about the process. It was a good experience working with him, and he was professional at all times. For us, the process went quite quickly but it ended up going past business hours and Tristan did not skip a beat working with both sides to ensure a win-win situation for both parties.
