We have known Tristan for a number of years at various property inspections and have not been able to conclude a transaction through him until now. Not his fault, just that we did not find the right property that meets our needs. He has always impressed upon us as a trustworthy professional. Finally we bought a property for which he was the agent. Throughout the sale process Tristan has consistently exhibited excellent knowledge and appreciation of the area and the market. He has been patient in keeping us informed regularly on the status of the sale over a period of over 4 weeks until we made the final move to buy. Throughout that time he has acted in a very professional manner, behaved fairly for the seller and buyer and at no time seem to exert any pressure acknowledging that buying a house is an important milestone for anyone. Chris initially made contact with us over 10 years ago and has touched base continually with us over that time, so that when it came time to sell our unit it was a pretty easy decision to choose him as our selling agent. Because we live remotely from the unit and as it needed a face lift, Chris was able to arrange for a builder to complete some renovations. We are very grateful to Chris for conducting the marketing and selling process in a timely manner and at an agreeable price. The stylist he engaged transformed our unit which made it look fantastic. Chris's energy and enthusiasm displaying the property and going the extra mile to chase up buyers was instrumental in selling the property and achieving the result we were looking for. Thomas is professional, strong and consistent with his communication without ever coming across as overly pushy. Tristan was at all times helpful, considerate and informative. He was always quick to inform me about inspection results, and any email or text message was promptly responded to. He and I agreed on strategies throughout. I was generally away from home before and after inspections, and always the house was securely locked up and lights turned off, when I returned. I was pleased with the eventual price obtained, and was happy to avoid an auction.

He’s easy to talk to and kept me informed of every movement during the whole process. I really appreciated his transparency. I really felt he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with all the paperwork involved. He made it easy. I always had a good feeling from Tristan - that he was trustworthy and honest. He is a great balance of being positive while still being realistic. He is efficient and has a great work ethic but still has time for laugh. Unfortunately we won’t be chatting as much now, since he helped me secure my dream house!
