Tristan has been amazing to work with and made my dreams of becoming a home owner come true. He is the most friendly and personable agent I’ve met. He’s easy to talk to and kept me informed of every movement during the whole process. I really appreciated his transparency. I really felt he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with all the paperwork involved. He made it easy. I always had a good feeling from Tristan - that he was trustworthy and honest. He is a great balance of being positive while still being realistic. He is efficient and has a great work ethic but still has time for laugh. Unfortunately we won’t be chatting as much now, since he helped me secure my dream house! I would highly recommend Tristan to anyone.

Thank you Debbie for your accurate and level-headed advise with the sale of Henry Street. Experience really does make all the difference. It was a delight dealing with you from start to finish. Thanks also for introducing us to Meredith whose patience in orchestrating the final presentation of the house prior to the auction campaign getting underway was very well received.

The team at PPD Real Estate achieved a wonderful result in a short time for my elderly mother. Anthony sold her Bronte unit after explaining to us what we could do to ensure our expectations were met. The team managed all details of the refurb and presented the property in amazing condition. The entire process was professionally communicated to our family at all times and then we were presented with an offer beyond our expectations. SOLD!!

Daniel is a warm and professional agent who we purchased our home through, and subsequently sold with. Daniel was proactive in assisting us to get the home prepared for sale and supported us throughout the sale process, at each stage we felt assured the sale of our home was his priority.

Daniel and his team were phenomenal! The whole end to end process was seamless and stress free, with regular updates and guidance. This being the first time I have sold, no questions were off limit and answers were given in a way that was understandable and timely. An exceptionally happy vendor who would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and his team. Thank you!!

Just imagine if you first saw your new home at 1,130 and then haggled on a sale price and signed a contract before 4. Doreen made that happened. Thanks for the speedy service.

Chris & I met purely by chance, yet ended up becoming very comfortable friends. His professionalism was outstanding… always on time, always understanding and considerate. Selling my home of 48 years was stressful to say the least. Advice from Chris proved to be “spot-on” & I could not be any happier with the outcome… he made the whole process as effortless as it could be. Thank you so much, Chris!
