We sold our apartment recently with Tristan and Ben and found them to be very professional. We had most of our contact with Tristan who was the lead on this sale. Tristan was well presented and communicated well. Always available when we called and called often to update us at every step. We expected a slightly higher price but had to navigate the new softer market together. I think both sellers and the agents were still adjusting.

Doreen is probably the most understanding person in town. I recommend her professional qualities to any one in need of an agent who has style and a solid experience of the market.

We had the pleasure of working with Tristan to purchase our family home. It was a major purchase for us, and well outside our comfort zone, which came with a huge amount of emotional pressure! Tristan has strong EQ, demonstrating great empathy in all our interactions, helping us to work through the negotiation process with care, and providing a lot of certainty and transparency in the deal he structured. Tristan is a fantastic communicator, he kept us informed at every step of the process, even keeping us in the loop when there was nothing new to report. Tristan is a great real-estate agent and absolutely advocated to get the best price for the vendor, without making us feel like we were losing out in the deal. We felt really good about the price we finally landed on. Tristan will be the first agent I pick the phone up to call if we ever need to sell in the future.

Chris and his team were brilliant - from establishing the sales strategy to execution to close. Fast effective and regular communication throughout the process, expert advice at every stage while working with the seller (myself) and the buyers. Closed at a high but fair price for the property above expectation and in a rapid timeframe during a dynamic market. Never afraid to go the extra mile, high energy selling throughout the process. Above all else, Chris is a super-friendly and genuine Agent and a great guy. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended!

We engaged Christian as he came recommended from mutual friends. From day one Christian was awesome. He talked us through the process and expectations before we were obligated in any way. Once we committed to him been our agent he was very quick and clear with what he needed to get is on market asap in a declining market. We were online within a week including painting, cleaning, styling and photography. From first viewings he got interested parties engaged and included us along the way. We sold for a good price with shorter settlement in a week and three weeks before auction. Would definitely recommend for those who like a no bullshit process, which is hard to come by with Sydney real estate.

Anthony and the PPD team were fabulous from start to finish. I was given sound advice on improvements to maximise the $’s, the team arranged quotes for my approval and arranged access to the property for suppliers. Everything went smoothly and was stress-free. We also sold pre-auction in a volatile market. I highly recommend Anthony and the PPD team, they’re true professionals!

I chose Thomas to sell the South Coogee property based on the previous positive reviews he had received. Thomas provided a clear marketing strategy with realistic expectations. His professional approach and communication skills meant that I was informed of interest in the property in a timely and enthusiastic manner and I obtained a successful outcome ahead of the expected time frame. I would be more than happy to engage Thomas again in any future property transaction.

Anthony knew his stuff well. He was really great through the whole sale process in spite of the fact that the market plummeted mid-way through. He worked tirelessly with Courtney to help us sell. We ended up selling at the eleventh hour when we’d lost all hope because he and Courtney didn’t give up on us and went to great lengths to make it happen.

Tristan was wonderful to deal with in my recent property search. He was very diligent and quick to respond and during the negotiation process he drove a very transparent and expedient process for the benefit of both parties.

My husband and I were impressed with Chris from the very first engagement all the way through to the successful sale of our property. Despite challenging market conditions (rate hikes, abysmal weather, you name it), Chris worked diligently to achieve an excellent outcome. His communication skills are wonderful. We felt as though we had his full attention and care throughout a 6 week campaign. He is well supported by a great team but he makes a point of being actively engaged with energy and a tenacity that does not wane. Most of all, Chris brings a warmth and sincerity to what can be a very daunting process for owners and investors alike. Chris also provided invaluable insight and data as we considered the purchase of a number of different properties - none of this was within his remit as our sales agent but he offered assistance and advice at every opportunity. We couldn't recommend Chris highly enough. Do yourself a favour and speak with Chris Helich when considering the sale of your property.

Thomas was very trustworthy, thoughtful and responsive when representing us. He worked very hard to to push for a positive result and gave us great insights which were in our best interests. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Thomas and definitely highly recommend him.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Daniel. Daniel was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for the sale of our property. All throughout the negotiations and closing Daniel drove the process forward quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when we will be to sell a property again there isn't any question on who our Agent will be.
