Doreen was recommended to us by a couple of people, and from the beginning we were confident our apartment was in the right hands. Throughout the whole campaign she was professional, friendly and her communication was above and beyond our expectations. She was proactive and kept us up to date with how the campaign was going - everything from enquiries received, to the level of interest at inspections. It was an extremely positive experience dealing with Doreen and we would highly recommend her.

Having meet Doreen 2 years prior to selling our property I knew instinctively I wanted to work with her when we were ready to sell. Doreen’s calm & considered approached guided us thru the entire process seamlessly, ensuring us a favourable outcome. Doreen was honest & reliable at all stages & I would have no hesitation in recommending her for future work.

Zach was absolutely wonderful to work with! He has really detailed knowledge of the local area and always went the extra mile to get people to come and look at the property in what was a very tough market. His communication was fantastic so we always knew how things were going, even when I was travelling overseas for work, and felt really supported throughout the whole process. Without his persistence and willingness to go above and beyond I don't think we would have achieved such a fantastic outcome!

Debbie and Thomas have been excellent, vey helpful, very professional, very readily available and very quick with their responses to our many questions They are more like trusted friends, rather than real estate agents and we have been recommending them to our friends and others in Bundeena community who have been asking us about our experience

Tristan and his team were instrumental in helping me prepare the house for sale. From our initial meeting and through the entire process Tristan communicated well, understood my requirements and made the whole process seamless.

We had been looking for an apartment in a particular area . Tristan was the agent for this apartment, unfortunately the apartment did not reach our expectations. Tristan kept in regular contact showing us various apartments. Tristan always greeted us with a big smile and lots of patience. Due to Tristan's many efforts and patience we finally found the perfect apartment in our perfect place. Many thanks Tristan, hope to see you around the area with your big smile.

I interviewed three agents and it was an excellent decision to work with Thomas. Thomas has a knowledgeable and easy to understand way of explaining the intricacies of market fluctuations and sale strategies. Thomas is energetic, professional and easy to talk to; a great communicator both face 2 face, by phone and email. A sincere and respectful listener Thomas gave me space and time to make decisions when I needed, and was energetically ‘on the case’ once they were made. Written communications from Thomas were always well considered, with the precision and attention to detail that is required. I felt well supported by and in sync with the team of people that Thomas connected me with - to best present my unit. It seems to me that Thomas has a genuine enjoyment of the energy, challenges, the deal making of working with the whole range of people in real estate. Thomas kept me regularly updated during the campaign, checked in by email, text and phone. When I can see that the agent I am working with is knowledgeable, sincere and genuine - and has my best interests in mind - it is easy to be guided by strategies they recommend. We sold prior to auction and in todays somewhat volatile market Thomas achieve a price that I am more than happy with.

My partner and I recently had a warm and positive experience with Tristan, the vendor's agent on a flat that we purchased. Tristan was professional and genuine, and went the extra mile to get an agreement between both sides over the course of a weekend. He was also really responsive to all our questions and turned things around quickly. Thanks Tristan.

We purchased a property through Tristan and found him to be a great communicator that kept us updated with the process and was transparent about the property and other offers.
