I've purchased 3 properties in the East from Thomas, the first 8yrs back to one most recently, I also have picked up the phone and Thomas has shared his advice from his understanding of the market to assist me in making confident decisions and offers for further purchases, even if the listing was not with him or his agent. In my most recent purchase I gave a criteria over the phone of what i was looking for and he matched me up to an off market opportunity for a prompt purchase and both happy Vendor and happy Purchaser. I would highly recommend Thomas to be involved in your property search or property sale in East Sydney.

I recently bought a property from Tristan and his vendors in possibly the most difficult property market to navigate (as a buyer) in living memory! Tristan was very easy to deal with, and whilst he was obviously working for his vendors, he was able to make the process feel transparent and un-intimidating, like two sides coming to a mutually beneficial arrangement, rather than two sides trying to outdo each other.

We contacted Tristan and within three weeks we had our house sold Off Market. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and the skill he had of finding a suitable buyer. He made this journey for us achievable with minimum stress. Well done Tristan.

We met Sean at an open prior to us purchasing. We then kept in contact and Sean would often call me to keep me updated with the market and the recent sales in the area. Fast track 3 years later there was no doubt we were going to engage Sean to sell our apartment. He’s professional, reliable, honest and an all round top guy. We look forward to working on the next one.

Tristan Oddi is a stand out agent in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. He is efficient, honest and thorough. As a local Buyers Agent, I deal with many sales agents on a day to day basis and can honestly say Tristan is a stand out. He was easy to deal with, a through communicator and an effective and tough negotiator. He delivered a great result for his Vendors, while treating the my client with respect and a good dose of humour. Down to earth and transparent, I can’t recommend Tristan highly enough. Thanks Tristan, can’t wait to work with you again.

Thomas kept in contact with us after a chance meeting at an open home. When we decided to sell, we invited him over to view our place and discuss. During this time Thomas was very friendly, personable, honest and easy to discuss what we needed to do with our property in order to get the best price! Having just had our first baby weeks before deciding to put our property on the market he was very understanding of our circumstances and went above and beyond to assist us wherever possible. He was very knowledgeable of property in the Eastern suburbs and what we should expect to achieve. We would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Heath and the team at PPD to any of our friends or family, we felt supported and very much looked after. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Haynes has been in contact with me over 4 years. This speaks to his tenacity and understanding of where people are at in their process. He worked with me from being barely interested in the conversation all the way through to the sale. At no point did I feel like he didnt understand my expectations and the outcome I was looking for. He is very personable and I found him very trustworthy, to the point that we actually become pretty good friends over the years. His knowledge and insight in to the market was always welcomed and I will definitely continue to work with him as well as recommend others do the same.
