What can I say ? .....Another phenomenal result for us yet again from Sean and his team ! This is the second time we have engaged Sean to sell our properties for us over a period of 10 years and I find that he has always been honest with his appraisals. He has a sound knowledge of a constantly fluid market and has always come through with excellent results. I didn't write a review for him the first time simply because I am not one to do reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time in recognition of the time, effort and hard work that he has put into the campaign. He had the unenviable task of appeasing concerned tenants regarding scheduled viewing sessions and as one can imagine this would have been made even more challenging during a pandemic but he made it all seem so effortless. Then there was the task of organising the styling for the property and I have to say it was all quite tastefully done at a reasonable cost. We were kept abreast of the degree of interest in the property at the end of each viewing and because of this, we knew from the outset that there were indeed interest in the property. This enabled us to assess for ourselves a reasonable sale price in our own minds. When it came to crunching the numbers, Sean really shone. He was able to identity the genuinely interested parties and engage them in a bidding war resulting in an absolutely terrific result for us. The best part was that the whole process was made stress free by his commendable experience gained throughout his years in real estate. All in all, we are completely ecstatic and over the moon with the result achieved by Sean and his team. Kudos to all of them for all the work that they have put into the campaign to achieve this remarkable result for us.
