The process for the sale and marketing was seamless, intuitive and right down to the wire when the sale happened earlier than excepted I had 100 per cent trust and guidance from Doreen. We were late to finding 5 Caerleon and Doreen went out of her way to facilitate additional viewings, provided quick access to a pest/building report (despite it having some adverse findings) and has been straightforward and honest in her dealings with us throughout. Never felt pressured and could rely upon speedy communications. Highly recommended :)

Kenji and the PPD team were beyond a dream to work with. From the outset, Kenji was warm and patient. He took every effort to keep us informed and up to date with the sale process and regularly held private inspections for those interested in viewing the property outside the scheduled times. Kenji was open to listening to our feedback and put our needs first. We can't thank Kenji enough for his time and effort and we would definitely work with him again.

We were recommended Thomas by numerous friends who had sold with him over the past 2 years and he lived up to his reputation. From the first meeting, we felt comfortable with his calm and thorough attitude and he carried this through our whole campaign. His communication was exemplary, always giving us a true and honest snapshot of what we needed to do at all stages of the process. He was always available and assisted us with extra stresses, like finding a stylist, and was always available to listen to any concerns. When it came to the sale, Thomas gave us all the tools we needed to make a decision and we felt that he got us the best possible result at the time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone else considering selling in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Alexander was the only agent who answered the specific questions I had asked. He was attentive and astute. He achieved what I thought was a good sale price within a short period. I would recommend him to any prospective purchaser because of his personal, practical and professional approach to his engagement. I consider him to be honest and frank.

Tristan was an integral part of the sale our property at an agreeable price. His conduct was always professional and always endeavoured to make our end of the process smooth and hands-off. His communication was also impeccable as we were never left in the dark and given frequent updates on the situation. We would be remiss to forget the time that Tristan was kind enough to provide advice regarding another property that we were dealing with (thanks again Tristan!). All in all, Tristan is a proactive and skilled agent that we would recommend to anyone.
