Kenji proved to be an excellent choice of agent. His knowledge of the building and market were invaluable. Practically he made the whole process seamless by providing all the back-up needed and he communicated regularly to keep me informed. He managed to find 3 bidders only 2 weeks into the process which culminated in a satisfactory price being achieved prior to auction.

I’ve know Alex for a long time, but hadn’t used his professional skills before. I wanted to sell my apartment for a good price but I also didn’t want an agent to lead me up the garden path telling me they could get me more money vs reading and knowing the market. I had previously had it with another agent. Alex came in told me to do a few things like pay for styling and full marketing. He also kept me informed the entire time with his feelings of the market and what price I would end up with. I appreciated the honesty and the straight forward conversation. He would happily call me overseas at 8am on a Sunday because he knew the time worked for me. His dedication to his clients it far above other agents regardless of how busy he is. It no wonder he’s a top agent in Australia. He would be my first call if I needed to sell again.
