From the inspection process to lease signing and then the post moving in, every person we dealt with and all communications were professional, polite, speedily responded to and first class. I have had so many “below average” (to say the least) experiences with other property managing companies in the past and this experience was the complete opposite! What a great team of people right from reception to the leasing team and of course the management team. Cannot speak highly enough about them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to lease a property or rent one.

We have recently used Place Estate Agents - Bulimba to find a new rental property in Brisbane. We had to do this from Sydney, as we are relocating up to Brisbane soon, so did not have our feet on the ground (which we thought would make the process a little more challenging). However, we found several properties to our liking in Place's listings and secured the one we really fancied! Grace, on the Leasing Team, has been very helpful and responsive + Matt, the Agent, was more than happy to take us on a virtual tour which proved extremely helpful. It could not have been easier or more stress-free. We are very happy with the result and the excellent communication from Place!

I cannot recommend Josh from Place enough when it comes to getting your place leased. He is an expert communicator, providing regular updates on inspections and applications, and was able to help us through the process every step of the way. He was thorough and honest with his reviews of applications and always had our best interest in mind. His social media game is also outstanding and is that little above and beyond you look for as an owner. Will be using Josh & Place again in future.

Josh Hicks was very pleasant and professional in our dealings. He was honest and well informed and was able to advise us accurately in regards renting our property.
