There are many property managers in the Brisbane market. What defines and sets apart Place Bulimba and specifically Lisa Peruzza, is quality. This team really are the best at what they do. We have worked with several property managers in Queensland and New South Wales. We purchased an investment property in Hawthorne. As a busy professional, what we need is property managers who "get it"; a who take care of things in the way you need them to. Pre-settlement Lisa was amazing - ensuring that we had a tenant as a close to settlement as possible so that there was very limited window where the property was not tenanted. The process is seamless. From pre-settlement through handover and into management of the property. If you want quality property managers in Brisbane, I would not look elsewhere. In fact, we will go to Lisa Peruzza to manage all of our properties in Brisbane moving forward.
