The Place Bulimba team are excellent communicators, highly skilled and knowledgeable in the market conditions and changing legislation and provide excellent feedback to achieve a great outcome. This is my second investment property that Place have managed and their leasing and ongoing services are five star. I trust the team to work in my best interest and have never been disappointed.

Lisa Perruzza from Place estate agents was responsible for leasing my one-bedroom unit in Bulimba. I found Lisa to be highly professional and trustworthy. She listened to my needs as a Landlord and found exactly the right tenant for my place. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to rent their property.

I couldn’t not highly recommend Matthew & Place Bulimba as a ‘5 Star’ Real Estate Business. Their communication, service & presentation & the value provided was excellent & far exceeds other operations in their trading area. Thanks Matt & the team at Place Bulimba for a seamless transition in a highly competitive market.

We worked with Lisa and her team to rent out our property that weoriginally bought to knock down. At the start of the process we were quite sceptical about what we can achieve with this property, but it only took 2 weeks for Lisa and her team to rent it out - and the result was MUCH higher than we originally thought. Great work team, you are the best in Brisbane!
