Customised care!
From start to finish, Rachel guided me through the daunting process of selling my home of 37 years. Rachel is professional, caring and knowledgeable. She read the market and was spot on with her appraisal. Most of all, I never once felt like selling my home was about money, but felt she genuinely cared how I was feeling and was always available for me. I never had the slightest bit of difficulty reaching out to him
During the stressful process of purchasing the property, Brenton mastered bringing peace to my mind whenever some complication was introduced to the process. "Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous"
Joanna was the lead agent for both the property I purchased and the one I recently sold at auction. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and put me at ease as both buyer and seller. Joanna knew the market well, and she was very helpful with getting the house ready for market - not only what improvements to tackle but also with suggestions of tradespeople who could undertake the work. Impressed at every turn
