We never had any doubts that Carla would be the best agent to sell our family home. She is incredibly professional, caring and experienced. She kept in contact with us every step of the way during the entire process. We never had any doubts or concerns that she was doing her utmost to achieve the desired result within the timeframe we had set. The entire team from Place were brilliant on the day of the auction - extremely prepared, friendly and professional. We couldn't recommend a better agent and agency to sell or buy a property.

Shane and Antonio were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided us guidance for a year or so prior to selling. Through this time they were able to provide solid advice. When it came to the sale they took the pressure off us and allowed us to get on with our move. Antonio even helped assemble some of the styling furniture which showed how they were willing to go above and beyond including after the sale. I would highly recommend the Place Hicks team to anyone selling in Brisbane.

Shannon and her team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They were able to help with every enquiry I had or were able to refer me to someone that could. Always responded promptly to all messages. Everyone was always friendly and didn't make it feel like a bother (Even though I had A LOT of questions)! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Matthew Hackett lived nearby Santley Street as a child and knew the neighbourhood and school districts well. He assessed the worth of my property twice in the twelve months it took me to find the correct home, in an ever changing market. He created a three weeks auction campaign to fit my budget. He advised me to de-clutter and de-personalise my home so the buyers could imagine it as their's during the open houses. He kept me informed of all offers, but the market was ripe to wait for Auction Day. Matt had many registered bidders and at the Auction he worked the crowd. We set an auction price and Matt bettered it by $90,000. Matt was always informative, courteous, polite, on time and professional. Matt works hard for his client and I can vouch for that.

Carla was a pleasure to deal with, easy and prompt communication and made the selling process simple and less stressful. Carla goes beyond what other agents will do. I would not hesitate to use her again.

From the first meeting with Carla I was most impressed with her professional, very considerate and caring attitude as a sales person to my needs as a prospective buyer of the property which I purchased. Her attention to my needs was very well received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carla to my family and friends if ever they were to buy a property in this area.

Shannon was very responsive and genuine when we had queries or requested specific information on the property we were interested in. She conducted herself with integrity and honesty, and at no time did we feel there were any hidden agendas or unrealistic expectations. We would certainly consider working with Shannon again on future property transactions.

Shannon went above and beyond when we were purchasing our new place, nothing was too much trouble. She shows a great level of professionalism and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We have used a few agents in the area when buying and selling previously but Shannon has by far been the best we have dealt with.
