Paula has been integral in finding and securing a property in Brisbane for me alongside my Buyers Agent. She arranged a viewing for me outside of the normal times due to my infrequent visits to Queensland as I am based in Sydney and in addition put me in touch with trades people so that I could get my new Place up to standard before it's rented out - not that it needed much! First things first - I have not met Brenton once - only spoken to him a few times on the phone during the sales process. While this was very awkward, I had the pleasure of dealing with his assistant Morgan Stevenson. And she has been terrific! Very communicative and always true to her words - when she said she would be there at a specific time, then she was! She always called back and proactively guided us through the process without being pushy or obnoxious like so many real estate agents. Even when the sale was completed she took her time to help with any requests we had. While I have no doubts that Brenton is a very good agent too, my ratings mainly apply to Morgan!
