Dealing with both Brenton and Morgan through our purchase process made it a very smooth transaction. Both Brenton and Morgan was there to assist and answer any questions we had along the way, by the way we had many. Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Personable real estate agent, very accommodating to both buyers and sellers needs. Solicitors sometimes let him down - but hey that’s not his fault, nor the buyers!

Shane immediately impressed us with his down to earth nature, professionalism, wealth of experience and preparedness in presenting different sales strategies for our consideration. Throughout the campaign, Shane, Dion and Michaela were fantastic to work with we would highly recommend the Hicks team!

The service offering from Dion and the team at place was exceptional. We first met Dion at an open home of another property and we were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Dion contacted us following the open home and we mentioned that we were thinking of selling our property. Dion then gave us some excellent ideas and feedback on how to get our house ready for sale. From then on we knew that we would use Dion to sell our home. Every step of the way Dion's communication was excellent. He was always very quick to reply to our various questions, messages and calls and reassure us through what can be a stressful time. The whole process was managed to a high standard. A class above the rest. Dion went the extra mile to do social media coverage and organise extra exposure on Sky news. We can't recommend Dion highly enough and would definitely use again.

Paula possesses a very friendly personality, along with sharp and exceptional negotiating skills. Her knowledge helped me to evaluate the property and area more adequately. She was always proactive to clarify and answer any questions raised by me with excellent timing frame and great service. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paula to any prospective clients and wish her a very successful and prosperous career in real estate.

We have worked with Dion now for nearly 5 months, from purchasing a block of land to selling our home. Dion was always reliable and was the only agent that I dealt with who actively helped us with our recent purchase. We gave Dion the opportunity to sell our house based on the great service he provided while we were looking for a house / block of land. It's never easy going through the open home and selling process, but Dion simplified this process by being understanding and flexible when needed. With respect to the sale of our property, Dion was firmly in our corner and not the buyer's. We have been involved with other property sales where that was not the case so it was refreshing to know that our agent was on our side. Dion is a consummate professional and we would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent that is prepared to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. I would readily engage his services again.

Carla is a no nonsense , honest agent that has a local credibility that can’t be fabricated. I sold my unit with her and received a great result in a very trying market. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to sell their property.

Besides attending an open house my husband and I purchased the home from Sydney, but thankfully we didn’t have any issues with being in different states. Paula and the team were so helpful all the way through the process and delivered a great result to both us and the seller. Thanks for all your help with the purchase - we love the place and couldn’t be happier!

Shannon and her team are personable, efficient, experienced and extremely flexible. Despite a distinct lack of communication on my behalf, Shannon was perceptive enough to understand exactly what I was looking for and used her initiative to deliver me a great price in a better-than-expected timeframe. I could not recommend her services more. Send her a message and don't bother looking up other agents if you're in the Brisbane area.
