When we decided to put our house on the market we approached several agents to get an understanding as to where the market was and what we could realistically expect to achieve as well as coming up with some final details as to how to best complete our renovations for the sale. We have had numerous encounters with Darcy over the past few years and his approach to his work and clients are second to none. From the very start he was enthusiastic, patient and had a similar approach to the market as ourselves so it was an easy decision to enlist Darcy to sell our house. Shannon and her team went above and beyond to achieve the best results for our sale. The apartment was tenanted at the time, and the tenant was extremely difficult to deal with, refusing access, insisting on mats being put down on the carpet - so many requirements that most agents would have simply said it was too hard, and given up. Shannon and her team didn't give up. They managed to abide by the tenants needs, and achieved a sale price that is the highest price recorded in the area. She is professional, very easy to deal with, communicates regularly and is reliable. Cannot recommend her enough. Brilliant!
