Hi Chris, apologies for taking so long to complete this review. Thank you for the job you did on 25 Newman. Your strengths included being responsive, professional and flexible. In particular, I was impressed with how well you were able to manage given the challenging vendor situation. In retrospect, I wouldn't choose the in-rooms auction for selling a premium property again, and I believe we got the price we got by virtue of some bidding activity from one key party. I'm not sure whether we would have got the same result otherwise, as in the end, there were only two real bidders, which was disappointing given the volumes we had at open homes and expressed interest. Overall though, a good result, so thank you again.
