We looked at 60-70 houses before we purchased, we looked across the whole of the Southside of Brisbane. So we came across many agents. The whole process was enjoyable and easy. We also purchased around a busy Xmas and NY period with no hi-cups and constant friendly helpful communication from Meagan. We bought a house December 2024 from Meagan and Place Real Estate.  At the viewing Meagan and team were there to offer valuable information and expertise on the property and offer insights on the surrounding market. Engagement and communications after first contact and offer was first class, there was no pressurising sales pitches and she always allowed time for me to process information and considerations to be made, whilst still providing guidance.
