Very pleased to have dealt with Alex for purchase of our apartment. Even though Alex was representing the seller, we respected her opinions and found her to be a 'straight shooter' (an unexpected virtue). Alex and her team are most professional with prompt follow-up and support.

Alex Rutherford is a lively and knowledgable real estate agent whom I have known for a decade or more. My wife and I have been impressed by the way she presents herself and her material in a positive manner but without being overbearing or pushy. She is a charming lady and we have developed a sense of confidence over the years. She gives full attention to any request for help.

I found Karen to be very friendly and approachable but more important, after dealing with her for a short time, I realised that she is very knowledgeable about real estate and very professional. I can highly recommend Karen.

This is the third property that Alex has sold for me and I continue to be impressed with her total professionalism, knowledge and service. As I live in another state she prepared the property for sale, getting quotes and organising tradesmen. Alex always gives frank and honest advice and her communication is excellent, keeping me fully informed during the the sale process and providing detailed feedback on every aspect of the marketing campaign. Once again her efforts were highly effective in achieving a more than satisfactory result.

Aaron is a great agent. Never was anything too much of a bother when questions were asked. His follow through was impeccable. We always received all the follow up information of the viewings on the Monday after an open inspection and the house was sold quickly for very close to the expected price.
