We had such a positive experience working with Alex and her team, and honestly felt supported the whole way through. They managed the whole process for us, from tradespeople doing minor renos to the stylist making it look pretty. They were constantly on top of everything and nothing felt too overwhelming, even though we had such a tight timeframe. From the very first open home, it was clear they really understood how to read the room — not just the market, but the people in it. We had multiple offers come in early, and what stood out most was that we were never rushed or pressured into making a quick decision. At one point, we had accepted a strong offer, but the buyer started to delay signing the contract. It would have been easy to push us to lock it in and move on, but our agent stayed calm and handled it really thoughtfully. That space ended up working in our favour — another buyer re-engaged, and through careful negotiation, they were able to secure a final price that well above the earlier offers and what we expected. What we also really appreciated was that it wasn’t just about the highest number. They understood that we cared about who the property was going to as well, and supported us in choosing a buyer who genuinely loved the apartment and was excited to make it her home. That meant a lot to us. Communication was always clear, direct, and easy, and we felt informed without ever feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it just felt like the whole process was handled with care, strategy, and integrity. We’re really grateful for the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

selling our family home as a result of a family member passing away was very emotional as I grew up at the property and had been handed down through generations and held many significant memories of achievements & past relatives lives. Selling it was a very hard decision to make. I was put in contact with Alex as our family member knew a real estate agent from many years ago who struck up a friendship with them by not being pushy and honest, sadly making contact they had also passed away and their family put me onto Alex as they worked together Alex from day 1 was supportive & professional in all ways, up front with me regarding the sale, strategies, options, costs, expectations, time frames, legal requirements, great communication, very experienced. From first contact with Alex there were delays of 18 months while wills, etc were sorted out, she did not push or rush me to make decisions - she put information in front of me & let me choose the path that I wanted, I felt included in all decisions and supported. Alex was patient, professional & supportive with myself through out, kept me updated on local happenings, local sales & prices achieved in the area, upcoming events and how they could influence the sale of my property When the time came, I was treated with upmost respect & courtesy from Alex & her team, she worked with other teams & business for me to achieve a magnificent outcome that I was amazed with that was above and beyond any expectation - every thing worked so smoothly Never buying or selling a property before & having no experience what to do - Alex and her team did every thing for me and went above and beyond & costs were very very realistic (She was really on the ball), recommended a great legal team (monkey conveyancing) for forms and payment handling, photos video, advertising, site visits, dealing with pesty neighbours - she was totally amazing She even put a donation towards her mentors family that I initially contacted
