We decided to list with you as we found you to be knowledgeable and professional and after meeting with you we felt very confident in your sales strategy and your reassurance that we could achieve a good result. We were considering listing with a different agent who was the "specialist" of our building. After meeting with him, we didn't feel confident and after going to a few of his opens and seeing the tumbleweeds blowing through with a distinct lack of buyers attending we knew that there had to be someone better! When considering using Place we recalled all of the times we have been on the buying side as opposed to selling and we agreed that Place properties seemed to always appeal to us most. Listings are always detailed, with beautiful photography and presentation. We have never met a Place agent who hasn't been very professional, but also very good at what they do. You are certainly no exception and we loved dealing with you. The result we achieved absolutely blew us away - multiple offers after the first open and a very surprising result above our expectations - it was a dream come true. Not to mention we well and truly achieved a record price for our building - something that I doubt the "specialist" agent for our building would have achieved. We made the best decision. Thank you!
