Alex recently helped me sell my house in Brisbane and it was the most pleasant experience. I was impressed with her precise read of the market, meticulous and swift handling of unexpected situations, and clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Shortly after the first phone call, Alex and team provided me with in-depth market analyses and a marketing proposal outlining campaign strategy in different stages as well as explaining in detail actions and costs involved with each stage. As my tenants still had a few weeks to move out, we first went off-market. I was happily surprised when Alex found a perfect buyer with the right price in a matter of days, although later the deal broke down as unforeseen events unfolded from the buyer's side.
