My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Woolard and his team at Place Estate Agents New Farm when we were purchasing an apartment in Fortitude Valley. We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Aaron was always professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took the time to listen to our needs, understand our budget, and provided us with tailored recommendations that were perfectly aligned with our requirements. His expertise in the local property market was impressive, and his advice was always spot-on. When we encountered a delay in the finance period, Aaron remained calm and supportive. He ensured that all parties involved were working towards a positive outcome, and he communicated with us regularly to provide updates on the progress of the purchase. His attention to detail was evident in the thorough and efficient manner in which the documentation was handled. Throughout the process, Aaron and his team were always available to answer any questions we had. They made the process much less stressful, and we felt reassured that we were in good hands. In the end, the property settled on time, and we are now enjoying renovating our dream apartment. We are extremely grateful for all the hard work that Aaron and his team put into ensuring that our purchase was a success. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Fortitude Valley. Overall, our experience with Aaron Woolard and his team at Place Estate Agents New Farm was fantastic. We would give them our highest recommendation, and we are confident that anyone who works with them will receive the same level of excellent service that we did. Thank you again, Aaron and team, for all of your help and support!

Aaron and his team were professional. The unit was sold in under 2 weeks for a very good price. I was contacted with updates all the way through the sale process. Would highly recommend.

I was sold a home from place/Aaron with a false smoke alarm compliance certificate. My understanding is real estate penalties apply for this action. I’m Only writing this review as it has asked me many times to write a review

Having known Aaron for a few years via a local gym. My ex-husband immediately thought to give him our property to list as part of our seperation. Aaron not only operated professionally in this situation, that was mirrored by his full team at Place. With mutliple persons to consult with from our side, restricted access at times. We exceeded our required price threseghold, and that was due to the robust marketing campaign and the follow-up executed. I would certainly recommend Aaron for your next Real Estate Transaction.
