Team Alex (shout out especially to Alyssa) - timely communications and follow up, especially with the conveyancing firm which had some challenges dealing with sellers who are based overseas. It was a very stressful process because the conveyancers seem to not be very proficient with issues particular to (Australian) seller (us) who were based overseas but Alyssa tried to ease the process for us.
