I first appointed Mr Aaron Woolard and his marvellous team as an exclusive property agent in late January 2020 [ I never knew him before ]. The 2 bedrooms apartment was fully settled in Early March 2020. I was absolutely impressed by his ininitial assignments/ jobs in Survey Plan , and his professional information at Comparative Market Analysis on the market price of my apartment.The entire convenancy was expediate because every step was meticulous and immaculate in the Total Solution, starting with the fabulous advertisement , which invited a large crowd of potential buyers . The first buyer put in a deposit. Since I live in HK- China, we communicated mostly by e mails. I am very happy Aaron attended to me with prompt and professional responses, even over weekends.Aaron is a responsible and professional agent. Since I do not reside in Australia, I found Aaron and his team provided me with altruistic assistance all along. Alex was great but as soon as we decided to sign the contract we were a 'done deal' and passed on to a very young girl that didn't truly understand that buying a place is very stressful. The customer service from that point was not as good but it was still good.
