We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property with Alex from Place. It was a great experience and one that has left us with the firm knowledge that we will use Alex again for any property we want to buy or sell. Alex made the experience enjoyable with an excellent understanding of our needs and a great relationship with the owner/vendor. Alex had a great understanding of the area and the house and made us feel comfortable with our decision making process. Thanks Alex for your help, knowledge, engaging smile and warm personal touch.

Simone was very professional and incredibly helpful in talking us through the entire buying process. Simone facilitates great communication, alongside enthusiasm between all parties involved and as a result, she assisted us in buying our first home for our family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simone to potential Sellers. Thank you, Simone!

We first heard of Simone as we were recommended by our family members as she had previously sold properties on several occasions for them. Our home was a family home for many years that was unfortunately deceased, Simone always made herself readily available and never once did we feel like anything was a problem. Selling can be an emotional process, however, Simone made the process stress free and assisted greatly with preparing the home for sale prior to listing. Simone’s many years of experience can be seen through her exceptional market knowledge and familiarity of the area. We would definitely use her services again in the future.

Simone, thank you for your exceptional assistance in helping us purchase our family home. We viewed a variety of properties with Simone and other agents and Simone stood out to us through her passion for real estate and drive to find out forever home. Simone went the extra mile on many occasions to assist or conduct inspections. Simone’s knowledge about the local area is second to none. It was an absolute please to buy with Simone. We cannot recommend her enough.

I felt confident having Simone handle the sale of my property. I knew from the beginning that Simone had the very best interest and was dedicated to getting a great sale for us. I trusted her with her professional advice on how to present our home and the method of sale. The whole sale process moved along efficiently under the care of Simone. She was readily available to discuss any issues and I was grateful for her negotiation skills in ensuring a great result for the sale of our property. Thank you, Simone!

Having bought and sold over 20 properties, we have a negative opinion of agents who for the most part are inexperienced, immature persons who are simply 'in it for the money' and are terrible at followup, follow through and customer service. All the things that we all loathe about RE agents. Aaron however, is the most amazing agent that we have ever had the pleasure of encountering offering unprecedented advice, timely follow up after every inspection, high attention to detail, diligence and professionalism that his peers in the industry could do well to learn. Lastly, he gets the job done. Well done Aaron.
