We had a very pleasant time when we were purchasing our new home from Simone. This can be a very stressful process however Simone was very helpful and professional throughout the whole buying process. Simone kept us informed, liaised between us and the sellers and set up meetings so that we could all meet, was reliable and easily contactable. Nothing was ever a problem and I would have no hesitation in recommending Simone. Thank you for all your help!

This home had a great sentimental value to my family and I, as it had been in our family for more than 90 years. With many happy memories in this home it meant we wanted to choose an honest agent who understood the value of the home to us, the knowledge of the home and location, and who had a great current market knowledge. Simone was the agent for the job as she had kept us updated on local sales for many years and had also been highly recommended by many! She thoroughly explained the process of selling a home as we had not sold a property for many years. We felt extremely comfortable with Simone, as she kept us informed throughout the whole sale process and gave us honest feedback after every inspection. Simone had multiple offers by the second week of the home being on the market. Through her negotiation skills she was able to achieve for us a quality price for our home. Thank you, Simone, we highly recommend you to anyone who requires real estate needs!

Ann-Karyn was the agent for a property we purchased. She was friendly and pro-active in helping us. Not sure on the amount of days for settlement, but it was a quite a long settlement. Ann-Karyn kept in touch, and helped us along the way. Thanks, Ann-Karyn.

Whilst I realise Alex was acting for the seller, I found her to be very helpful and responsive to all my requests and even beyond moving in. Everything happened in a timely manner and my previous bad experiences were taken into account to help me through my first purchase on my own. Thank you

Alex is a no nonsense hero of the real estate world. She is upfront and honest in all her communication. We felt like our property was a priority with herself and her team throughout the whole process even though she was selling A LOT of other properties at the same time. She’s an excellent negotiator to get us the best possible price for our property, and never once throughout the selling process did she waste our time by telling us only what we wanted to hear. I’ve never met an agent like Alex before and cannot recommend her and her team highly enough. We will always be using her services in future.

Simone sold me my investment property back in August 2007 and we have kept in touch over the years with market updates and valuations. As I don’t live in Brisbane, Simone went above and beyond to make sure the property was ready for sale by assisting me in organising trades people, property stylists, painters and a gardener. I would highly recommend Simone as an agent! She has exceptional knowledge of the local area and suggested contacting the neighbouring property to let them know the property was coming on the market. It was through this avenue and her good thinking that she successfully negotiated the off-market sale. Simone kept me informed every step of the way throughout the conditional period and final settlement, was extremely punctual, very professional and never left me questioning what was happening. If you want an agent who has genuine knowledge of the market and the best way to sell your property through years of experience, Simone is the one! Thank you again Simone!

I had the pleasure of purchasing an apartment in Brisbane through Alex Rutherford's agency, represented by Michael Garcia. Michael was professional and particularly impressed me with his energy and willingness to go above and beyond to make the transaction as easy as possible in all ways. Highly recommend Michael and the Rutherford team as agents for both buyers and sellers.

The first time I spoke with Aaron on the phone I knew he’d be the agent selling our property. He was so generous with his time and knowledge, and he offered advice which was informative and realistic for the market in which we were wanting to sell. Not only did he exceed our expectations with the selling price, he exceeded our expectations in every other aspect of the sale, from beginning to end. He set out to achieve the best result possible for us and succeeded! Honest, genuine, trustworthy and patient, I would happily recommend Aaron to family and friends.
