Aaron provided a great service in selling my apartment. He was very clear about current market conditions and expectations around pricing. This all proved correct and place sold within the first three weeks which I was very happy with. The team that works with Aaron are also great and very organised and efficient around the whole selling process. Thanks.

If you are looking to sell your property or buy a property, then I suggest you call Aaron! Aaron isn’t one of those pushy annoying agents that you dread receiving phone calls from, completely the opposite. He is professional, friendly, down to earth and knows his stuff. After listing with Aaron and following his advice my property was sold extremely quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you Aaron!

Judy, thank you for your recent efforts in regards to the successful sale at auction of our apartment at Villagio which was great to sell above the reserve price. Being an absentee owner the process you put in place to manage the campaign from start to finish including furniture styling and weekly cleaning services was first class. The marketing program which you recommended was comprehensive and ensured a high volume of genuine buyers inspecting during the campaign. We were always kept fully informed via constant phone communication and weekly written feedback reports from all potential buyers who inspected. Judy your knowledge of the Brisbane prestige market and your professionalism was why we chose you to sell our apartment and Michele and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anybody who is currently considering the sale of an inner-city prestige property. We wish you and your team all the best for future success. Regards, Jeff & Michele P.

We recently purchased through Alex and found her very honest and easy to deal with. She was strait forward about the conditions the seller wanted on the contract, allowing us to put our best offer in meeting those conditions and secure our dream house!

It was my first home buying. There was very hard to look for the good home in brisbane. When we felt tired, we met Aaron; who is a property manager in Place. He has understood our condition very well and tried to be purchased the home. Moreover, he has communicated many times between the previous owner and us. If we couldn’t met him, we would be still looking for a new house. We feel very happy and would like to say really thank you to Aaron on this online review.
