Aaron was easy to deal with, achieved a great result, always contactable and always provided regular feedback. Aaron went above and beyond my expectations, arranging everything that was needed to get the property to market. I would highly recommend Aaron!

We recently sold our third property with Judy and once again would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the outstanding result she was able to achieve for us in such a short period of time. She was able to present us with multiple offers from well qualified buyers after the first open for inspection and her detailed level of communication was consistent with our past experiences that we have come to expect from Judy and her team. Judy was able to negotiate a result well above or initial expectations. Once again we would have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone else who maybe currently considering the sale of their home. Regards, Annie Greene

I previously had my property on the market with another agent who indicated he specialised in selling Prestige property. After a number of weeks on the market with little to no feedback and very few inspections, I decided it was time to change agents. It was then that I decided to interview Judy and a number of other well-known agents who specialise in selling inner city properties such as mine. After a detailed discussion with another one of Judy’s recent clients I decided she was the right agent to choose. Judy’s recommendation was to auction my property which I was a little hesitant to agree with initially because I had previously had a poor experience. However I am delighted to say she was able to sell my property at auction for a price I was very happy with. Judy’s extensive knowledge of the Brisbane prestige market, work ethic and communication skills are second to none and I highly recommend her services to anybody considering the sale of their own property. We recently had the pleasure of selling our penthouse with Judy and Matthew and would like to take this opportunity to express our overwhelming gratitude for the outstanding result they achieved. After interviewing several local agents we decided based on Judy’s extensive track record of sales in the wider Brisbane prestige property market she would be the right agent to choose. Judy and Matthew showed a high level of professionalism and knowledge throughout the auction sales campaign. They continually kept us fully informed and their follow up with potential buyers and comprehensive written feedback reports each week was exceptional. They were able to achieve a sale at auction we were thrilled with. Mick and I would be happy for anybody who is considering listing their property with Judy and Matthew to give us a call to discuss their high level of service in further detail. We recently had the pleasure of selling our home with Judy and would personally like to thank her for the professionalism she showed during the sale process. Our relationship with her started well over twelve months ago when we first started looking to purchase a new property. Her continued follow up and communication over that time made the decision to sell our own home easy when it ultimately came time to choosing who we felt was the right agent to represent us. Her high level of detail was evident through the entire process from the selection of photos for the marketing through to the feedback from the buyers who inspected with weekly written reports. Through her negotiation skills we were able to secure a great result and sold our property prior to auction. We would have no hesitation in recommending Judy as the agent of choice to anybody who is considering the sale of their own property currently. Paul & Sally Jones

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Judy and Matthew for their efforts in relation to the successful sale of my Property at Yeronga recently. Their enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring we achieved the best possible result was clearly evident. The auction strategy managed to put all buyers into a competitive scenario and the eventual purchaser ending up paying in advance of 10% on top of an offer he made prior to the auction campaign clearly showing the importance of the auction strategy. Their comprehensive feedback including written reports each week and phone calls after each viewing ensured I was always kept up to date throughout the entire sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Judy and Matthew as the agents of choice for any person thinking about engaging their services regarding the sale of their property. Gary Spence
