Stefanie was a fantastic agent to work with. She regularly updated us on the issue, replied to my emails straight away beyond the business hours and on weekends and provided valuable suggestions that at the end helped a lot with selling our property at relatively “quiet“ for sale time. I plan to sell my other property with the help of Stefanie again and would strongly recommend other potential owners use her service

Marnie is lovely and passionate about her field. I felt that Marnie was very savvy about matching the right buyer with the specific experience of living in my old place. She could see all the advantages and what might not work for certain people and this saved us both time. It was my first time selling and the process was explained carefully and patiently. Even though I was nervous about all the options I still felt empowered to make my own choices, I am grateful to Marnie for easing my anxiety! I also felt she was very easy to get a hold of, and has great communication skills. She kept me in the loop without bombarding with messages. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you have a slightly different property to sell in Hobart, or happen to need a real estate agent who is neurodivergent friendly.

Stefanie is superb at what she does. As a first time home-buyer, she went out of her way to make my purchase smooth and easy by relaying my offer to the vendors then facilitating the paperwork and property inspection as efficiently as possible. She also consistently kept me in the loop with updates, and was very friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process, which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Stefanie to any potential home buyer or seller!

Stef's knowledge of the local market was excellent and she really shows passion for her work! Stef's communication was excellent as she kept us updated the whole way through the process, from signing up with PRD right through to settlement day. Stef has brilliant skills to bring a sale together whilst respecting both the vendor and the purchaser. I highly recommend engaging Stef if you're looking for a professional, reliable and knowledgeable agent.

PRD were amazing and we really owe it all to Stefanie Szycman! Stef went above and beyond to sell our property in a really difficult climate. Amazing communication every step of the way. Stef even went above and beyond to make sure my beautiful rememberance of my pet was sent back to us in QLD. Through the initial conversations, open homes and final sale Stef guided us all the way and was there for any questions. Thank you Stef so much and thank you PRD. Highly recommended.
