I am happy to recommend Stefanie Szycman if you are considering selling your property. Stefanie took the worry and stress out of all the things that needed to happen. We had a very clear timeline presented to us so we were fully aware of when open homes and individual inspections were to occur. All the financial aspects of the contract negotiations were discussed and explained. Fees were very reasonable and well detailed. Stefanie made sure we communicated several times during the week so we were always up with the news regarding potential buyers. Stefanie was a fair negotiator giving us a clear direction into what we could expect for our property but ultimately she deferred to our final decision once the advertisements went live. Stefanie had a great team working with her so if she was unavailable we were able to get the assistance or answers we were looking for. In conclusion, a very professional experience.

With both Stefanie and Haylee working for us as a dynamic duo the sale of our treasured family home of 48 years was done very professionally. From start to finish their dedication was first rate, standing in the cold and rain to welcome prospective buyers is an example of their work. I recently purchased a property that Stefanie had listed. To give a little background, I would have made in excess of 44 property transactions over the journey, so consider myself reasonably experienced in dealing with real estate sales . I approached this like any other , eyes wide open and ready for some drama or issue. There was absolutely no need. Stefanie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A total professional! Her communication was second to none and I found her honesty and transparency refreshing and re assuring. She went out of her way to facilitate my queries and concerns in a timely manner We had a minor issue with titles but Stefanie kept me informed throughout and as such made everything easy. I would highly recommend Stefanie to sell your property and she will be without doubt my first and only call when I list again Thanks Stefanie , we will be chatting soon!
