Professional and friendly!

Incredible experience!!
I recently purchased a property that Stefanie had listed. To give a little background, I would have made in excess of 44 property transactions over the journey, so consider myself reasonably experienced in dealing with real estate sales . I approached this like any other , eyes wide open and ready for some drama or issue. There was absolutely no need. Stefanie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A total professional! Her communication was second to none and I found her honesty and transparency refreshing and re assuring. She went out of her way to facilitate my queries and concerns in a timely manner We had a minor issue with titles but Stefanie kept me informed throughout and as such made everything easy. We had a wonderful experience. Marnie guided us through the process of sale, advising on what works we should complete first before marketing that would enhance our chance of sale. At our request she took the reigns and managed all trades people for us including cleaners, handyman and gardener. This made the process so much easier at our end. She had excellent market knowledge and we felt comfortable to be completely guided by her and her regarding advertising, price range and open homes. She kept us in the loop and was kind, reassuring, honest and straight forward. We are so grateful to Marnie for a great experience and will be returning to her for future real estate projects.
