I was incredibly lucky to be referred to Kevin when I had to sell my family shack in Primrose Sands. To cut a long story short, some friends I had allowed to live there made it uninhabitable after a health breakdown but Kevin still took it on. He organised for a total clean up, put it on the market at a difficult time, took it on twice when the first sale fell through, and got a deal that made it worthwhile for me in the circumstances as I had expected less. On top of all this, he put me onto a good Conveyancing agent. Throughout the whole process, he and his sidekick, Joel, were helpful and cheerful, topping the sale off with a surprise consumable gift on my doorstep when it should have been the other way round ! I'm certainly going to recommend him to anyone I run into thinking of putting their property on the market.
