Kevin, know's Tasmania property's, He sold my property straight away for exactly what he said, perfect agent to work with, Could not have asked for more, will recommend him to everyone, He even got me more money for my block, as every other agent was going to sell it for less, so he made me an extra $5000. Amazing and I can not speak highly enough of him. Thanks so much

Where do I start? Kevin is friendly, honest, open and thorough. From the moment I met Kevin, it felt like I’d known him for years. He walked us through our home giving us lots of tips and hints, spoke in depth about the whole process, nothing hidden. Kevin was more than happy to answer any questions we had, settle any nerves I had and was a joy to have as my agent. I would very highly recommend Kevin to anyone considering buying or selling a property, this man goes above and beyond the call of duty to get a job done and to make sure everyone is happy with the result.

Kevin is very approachable when we have queries about properties in the market. He waited for us to inspection the property so we can have a fair go at placing our offer.

From the first time we met Kevin at the house for inspection he was very helpful, chatty, plus his knowledge and information of the property was very good. From start to finish in purchasing our new home all went extremely smoothly. We would highly recommend Kevin.

We would like to express our appreciation on the sale of our property at 99 Turners Road, Granton. We had our property previously listed with another real estate agent for 120 days with no success. Our next door neighbour suggested a friend of his Kevin Spaulding. We made a call to Kevin and thank God we did. Kevin made an appointment to view our property the next day. On his arrival he walked the property, viewed the home inside and out and made the statement “I can sell this property for you!” Kevin came back with his camera and drone and did our property justice. He emailed the video and photo’s for us to preview and comment. We were over the moon with what he came up with. On the 2-1-19 he put the property on the market. We had calls from friends Australia wide complimenting the presentation. Eight days on Kevin held an open home with 3 offers then just like that it was sold. Kevin has an eye for detail and this shows in his photo’s, video and description of the property to potential buyers. Both Brenda and I hold Kevin with the upmost esteem for his professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with both Peter and Sarah’s work! We were first home buyers and they were both very helpful and patient with all our questions. Will definitely be in touch when we look to move.

Kevin was right there from the beginning when we were in the planning stages of preparing the house for sale right through to open homes and preparing photos and a fantastic video of the property and the sale. He understood our expectations and was so positive and realistic of the market place. He was spot one!

We have just bought an investment property through Kevin. We found Kevin to be very friendly, easy to deal with and professional. Kevin was very accessible and helpful through the entire purchase process, from offer to settlement. We would recommend Kevin to other prospective vendors and purchasers.
