We would like to express our appreciation on the sale of our property at 99 Turners Road, Granton. We had our property previously listed with another real estate agent for 120 days with no success. Our next door neighbour suggested a friend of his Kevin Spaulding. We made a call to Kevin and thank God we did. Kevin made an appointment to view our property the next day. On his arrival he walked the property, viewed the home inside and out and made the statement “I can sell this property for you!” Kevin came back with his camera and drone and did our property justice. He emailed the video and photo’s for us to preview and comment. We were over the moon with what he came up with. On the 2-1-19 he put the property on the market. We had calls from friends Australia wide complimenting the presentation. Eight days on Kevin held an open home with 3 offers then just like that it was sold.
