Marnie was open and honest with us. Her advice and help prior to listing to help us understand the market and what we could do to improve the property to make it most appealing to our market was invaluable. Her knowledge of the local market and help in understanding who our target market was, was brilliant. Marnie helped us workout what we needed to do to get the property ready to achieve the best possible price without undertaking unnecessary works. She was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable but we always felt in control of our decision making. Marnie's communication with us was fantastic and she kept us informed every step of the way. Together we achieved a fantastic result and it was all very quick! The photographer Marnie recommended to take the marketing photos was amazing and the photos were just fantastic.
