Always there when needed
Stef answered all my questions in a helpful, straightforward way. This was very much appreciated as I was an interstate buyer with little knowledge of the local area and purchasing procedures. She always followed up to ensure I had everything I needed and always answered my phone calls straight away regardless of when I called. She met me at the front door with the key at a time to suit me and helped me to settle in. Her personal, caring service was amazing.

Went Above and Beyond
As first home buyers this was a scary process with a lot of unknowns for us on how things work, Stef made this process as easy as it could be for us and has had so much patience and understanding as well as knowledge on what to do. If anything was ever asked of her she would go above and beyond to help or find the answer. Very responsive and always answered calls, texts, emails.
