An encouraging experience

Rhonda and staff arranged the sale with their valuable property experience and people skills.
Rhonda and her staff assessed the market accurately, and helped present the property with appealing add-on features for each Open Day Inspection....flowers, vases, ornaments, casual rugs, etc etc They dealt with serious buyers, and with the 'casual-lookers' with equal courtesy.. .....and established firm contact with the serious buyers.....leading to a suitable Sale. And, after the paperwork for the Sale, they provided a cheerful team of cleaners and other workers to help with the packing and cleaning and clearing of the place.......not a small job, with a large house on a mini-farm!!

Superior knowledge, responsive and professional
Having purchased the house from Rhonda a decade ago, I was impressed with her level of professionalism so it was a no brainer to ask for her assistance to sell it. Rhonda went over and above what was expected to organise works at the house in what was not always a straight forward situation and kept all parties informed with honest, regular communication. Rhonda was always available and made sure everything went smoothly and got us a great result. I would have no hesitation in recommending her or working with her again.

We love our new home
Buying a new house was daunting but we knew what we were hoping for with a property. And when we were shown through, It was love at first sight ticking many of our boxes.
