Excellent and knowledgeable.
We had our property on the market for 3 months prior to listing with Rhonda with no offers. After a short break we decided to put the property back on the market with Rhonda and within 2 weeks we had multiple offers and the following week a sale! Rhonda was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable, kept in contact with us constantly and made sure we got the best price for our property. We couldn't have been happier.

Buying a house through PRD Maitland
Very happy to have Rhonda acting as the Selling Agent for the property we were buying. She conducted sensitive discussions and negotiations between Vendor, Tenant and ourselves; which led to a Contract that was agreeable to all parties.
