REAL ESTATE AGENCY AT ITS VERY BEST
My wife and I rate Rhonda's agency work at the very pinnacle of the real estate industry. Her market knowledge, quality marketing and promotional expertise, and a total commitment to us as vendors, was quite incredible. Through full page advertisements and excellent web site, Rhonda achieved an outstanding price for our property within three weeks. To sum up - we believe that our sale was estate agency work at its best - faultless.

Simply the best!
Rhonda, Luke and Shantala are consumate professionals but down to earth and very friendly. We felt very lucky to be in such good hands during the sale of our property. It was like having good friends sell your house. There were never any doubts, we trusted the team implicitly. Cannot reccomend them highly enough, no reservations!

Excellent All-Round Service

Letting of my property: After a brief meeting with Rhonda and her Property Management team I felt comfortable to have them mange my investment property. The strong points for me were: • The accessibility of Rhonda and the team, they were prompt with communication and always available • The incoming tenancy report was very thorough and detailed • Rent was paid on time every time with no anomalies • Property Inspections were very thorough and there were always plenty of photos supporting the report which gave me great comfort knowing my property was being looked after • Maintenance issues were reported and sorted with minimal fuss and there was no need for me to do anything. Rhonda Nyquist is undoubtedly the agent you should contact whether selling or buying.
We had amazing results listing our acreage at Clarence Town with Rhonda Nyquist. We had full confidence in her ability to sell the property. Having been past clients there was no one else we would be contemplated selling through. The 'for sale' post went on line on Friday morning and we had our first inspection at 2.30pm that afternoon. The clients returned the next day for a walk over the property, made an offer and it was accepted. You could virtually say the property sold in 1 hour as they had their mind made on first sighting. The price was what we expected and wanted and the transfer was without any hassles. It was the easiest sale we had ever had and believe me we have had many. Thank you Rhonda.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Could not be more impressed by the sales service we have received from Rhonda and her team. Excellent communication, honest advice and impressive market knowledge. We put ourselves total in Rhonda's hands with regards to price, marketing and 'presentation' of our home, and she didn't let us down.
